危重症患者继发急性假性结肠梗阻的诊治探讨

目的探讨成年危重患者继发性急性假性结肠梗阻(ACPO)的诊断与治疗要点,旨在提高早期ACPO的诊治水平。方法采用回顾性分析法对该院重症医学科55例危重症患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结,分析其诊断与治疗要点。结果危重症继发急性假性结肠梗阻55例患者经早期诊断与综合治疗病情均有所缓解,但危重症患者的救治成功与该病关系不大。结论继发性急性假性结肠梗阻是一种一过性可逆性疾病,在危重症患者病程中是比较常见,只要早期采取正确的诊断和治疗,患者大部分均能好转。

Diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients with secondary acute colonic pseudo obstruction

【Objective】 To evaluate the points of diagnosis and treatment of the adult critically ill patients with the secondary acute colonic pseudo obstruction(ACPO),and thus to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of ACPO.【Methods】 Clinical Retrospective Analyze was carried out on the clinical data of 55 cases of critically ill patients in hospital critical care medicine,and then analysis of the diagnosis and treatment points.【Results】 55 cases of critically ill patients with secondary acute pseudo pseudo obstruction had been alleviated by early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of the disease,but the treatment of critically ill patients has little success with the disease.【Conclusion】 The secondary acute pseudo pseudo obstruction is a transient reversible disease,the course of the disease is more common in critically ill patients,most patients are able to improve as long as the early taking proper diagnosis and treatment.
