萎缩性胃炎脾气虚证免疫小分子蛋白组表达的研究

萎缩性胃炎(AG)是人体整体免疫力(细胞、体液、局部免疫)低下,多种因素长期作用而表现胃局部、常伴肠化的病症。"脾为之卫"、"四季脾旺不受邪",表现脾的免疫防卫作用,现代医学也认为脾是免疫应答和产生免疫效应物质的重要基地,人体免疫系统的屏障之一。由于蛋白质组学的研究不是从器官组织的解剖学定位出发,强调生物化学某一环节的改变和疾病过程的内在联系,与中医学整体的生理病理观有更多的切合点,本文旨在从免疫小分子蛋白质组表达规律的角度观察与AG脾气虚证的相关性。

Study on Atrophic Gastritis in Immunity Micromolecule Proteome of Spleen-qi Deficiency

Objective] Atrophic gastritis is a disease with intestinal metaplasia, and reveals that human immune system （cells, body fluids, partial immunity） is in a low state. ＂Spleen is a defense barrier to pathogenic qi,＂ ＂if spleen function maintains normal all the time, human body will not be ill,＂ that reveals the immune role of the spleen. In modem medicine, spleen is regarded as immune response and immune material base, one of the barriers of the human immune system. Because proteomics is not anatomical concept of organs and tissues etc., but involves in certain aspects＇ alteration in biochemistry and internal relationship of disease processes. These physiological and pathological viewpoints are in coincident with TCM hohsm. From the angle of immunity micro-molecule proteome, atrophic gastritis spleen-qi deficiency substance will be elaborated.
