护理干预对艾滋病抗逆转录病毒治疗效果的影响

目的研究护理干预对艾滋病(AIDS)患者抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)效果的影响。方法将200例患者分为干预组100例、对照组100例。对照组由专科门诊医护人员做常规咨询;干预组在对照组的基础上,由专职的责任护士从心理、认知、行为上进行全面系统干预,观察两年,统计其死亡率、失访率、转出率、病毒抑制率及CD4+T淋巴细胞平均数。结果干预组死亡3例、失访3例、转出5例,对照组死亡5例、失访13例、转出4例。病毒抑制率差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗24个月后干预组与对照组的CD4+T淋巴细胞平均数差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论全面系统的护理干预,可明显提高患者治疗的依从性,提高治效果果。

Research on the effect of AIDS anti-retroviral treatment by nursing intervention

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on effect of AIDS patients who were treated by anti-retroviral therapy. Method 200 AIDS patients were divided into 2 groups, 100 cases in experimental group, 100 cases in control group. Patients in the control group only received the routine advisory. And the experimental group was given routine advisory and full time nurses intervened patients＇ psychology, cognition and behaviour. The observation period was 2 years. The mortality rate, follow up loss rate, opportunistic infection rate, per year of sev- en times referral rate, viral suppression rate and average CD4＋ T lymphocytes in these 2 groups was observed and compared. Result In experimental group, 3 patients died, follow up loss in 13 patients and roll-out 5 patients. In control group 5 patients died, follow up toss in 13 patients and roll-out in 4 patients. The rate at viral suppression had significant difference （P〈0.05） between these 2 groups. CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes were more significant difference （P〈0.05） between the 2 groups. Conclusion Systematic and thorough nursing intervention can significantly improve the timely referral rate and treatment compliance rate, these managements can improve the treatment effect.
