2型糖尿病中医证型与血小板四项关系的研究

[目的]研究2型糖尿病不同中医证型与血小板四项的关系,寻找2型糖尿病中医辨证分型的客观量化依据。[方法]选取2型糖尿病中医阴虚热盛证、湿热困脾证、气阴两虚证、血瘀脉络证各30例,健康人群对照组30例,检测其血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)四项参数,统计分析中医各证型与血小板四项间的关系。[结果]与正常对照组比较,血瘀脉络证组MPV、PCT、PDW均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]血小板四项与血瘀脉络证有显著的相关性,血小板四项能为2型糖尿病血瘀脉络证的中医辨证提供客观量化依据,提高中医辨证的准确性和可靠性。

Study on the Relationship between the Different TCM Syndromes of Type 2 Diabetes and the Four Platelet Parameters

[ Objective ] To study the relationship between the different TCM syndromes of type 2 diabetes and the four platelet parameters, searching for the objective and quantitative basis of syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes. [ Methods] Select 120 patients of type 2 diabetes with the syndromes of excessive heat due to yin deficiency, spleen encumbered by dampness-heat, deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis in collaterals, each syndrome 30 cases. Select another 30 healthy individuals as control group. Detect PLT, MPV, PCT and PDW in all the patients and the healthy individuals to make the statistic analysis on the relationship between the different TCM syndromes of type 2 diabetes and the four platelet parameters. [ Results] Compared with the normal control group, MPV,PCT and PDW of the syndrome of blood stasis in collaterals increased, showing a difference with statistical significance. [Conclusion] There is significant correlation between the four platelet parameters and the syndrome of blood stasis. The four platelet parameters can provide an objective and quantitative basis for the differentiation of the syndrome of blood stasis in collaterals, improving the veracity and reliability of TCM syndrome differentiation.
