硫熏对白芍芍药苷和总苷含量的影响研究

摘    要:[目的]研究白芍产地加工过程中,硫磺熏蒸对其有效成分的影响。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,对硫熏前后的白芍有效成分芍药苷和白芍总苷含量进行测定。[结果]硫磺熏制后,白芍中芍药苷的含量急剧下降,而白芍总苷的含量下降不明显。[结论]硫熏法对白芍中的芍药苷有较强的破坏,产地加工应严格控制硫熏。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the effect of sulphur fumigation on paeoniflorin and total glucosides of paeony in radix paeoniae alba. [Methods] The contents of paeoniflorin and total glucosides of paeony were detected by HPLC. [Results] The content of pae- oniflorin in radix paeoniae alba was decreased obviously after sulphur fumigation,and change in the content of total glucosides of paeony was not obvious. [Conclusion] Paeoniflorin was destroyed by sulphur fumigation, sulphur fumigation should be restricted.
