热毒宁注射液辅佐治疗猩红热疗效观察

目的]探讨热毒宁注射液佐治猩红热的疗效。方法]选择2009年8月至2011年8月我院59例猩红热住院患儿,入院24h内检测血常规、超敏C反应蛋白、咽拭子检查、血培养等相关检查。根据入院次序分成治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=29)两组,对照组予阿莫西林舒巴坦60～80mg/(kg.d),治疗组在对照组基础上加用热毒宁注射液0.50～0.80mL/(kg.d),连用4d。结果]59例患儿咽拭子检查阳性率治疗组53.60%,对照组54.20%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组退热、咽痛缓解、皮疹消退、白细胞及超敏C反应蛋白恢复时间及住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]热毒宁注射液佐治猩红热疗效好于单用抗生素组。

Reduning Injection Assist to Treat Scarlatina

Objective ] To explore the clinical effect of Reduning injection on assisting the treatment of scarlatina. Method] Select 59 cases, and divide them into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=29） according to concerned tests of blood convention, super-sensitive C reactive protein, pharynx swab and blood culture; control one takes Amoxicillin sulbactam, treatment group added with 1keduning injection, for successive 4 days. Result] On pharynx swab test, the positive rate was 53.60% for treatment group, and 54.20% for other group, with difference without statistical meaning. The heat- relieving, pharynx-relieving, deflorescence, white cell and super-sensitive C reactive protein recovery time and in-hospital days all were shorter in treatment group than control group, with difference of statistical meaning. Conclusion ] Reduning injection assisting to treat scarlatina is better than only using antibiotics.
