| 摘 要： | 目的]观察补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症的疗效。方法]将60例患者随机分为针药组和对照组两组,针药组予补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗,对照组予单纯西药治疗,疗程均为4周,观察其临床疗效。结果]针药组总有效率为90.63%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,针药组疗效优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论]补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the cure effect of Buyang Huangwu Decoction and acupuncture together on stroke squelae. Method] Randomly divide 60 patients into acupuncture medication group （1） and control group （2）; group 1 takes Buyang Huangwu Decoction and acupuncture together, the other only western medicine; both for 4w for one course; observe their clinical effects. Result ] The total effective rate was 90.6% for group 1, and 75% for group 2, the group 1 better than group 2, without marked side effects. Conclusion] Buyang Huangwu Decoction combined with acupuncture has satisfying results in treating stroke squelae. |
