半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎50例观察

目的]观察半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法]选用我科2010年11月至2011年7月以半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胃炎患者50例,观察治疗1个月后患者治疗有效率、临床症状积分和相关胃肠激素的变化情况。结果]50例患者治疗1个月后,与治疗前相比,临床症状如脘腹痛、涨满、嗳气、纳差等积分减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃肠相关激素GSA、MTL升高,SS降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率高达96.0%。结论]半夏泻心汤能明显改善慢性胃炎临床症状以及相关化学指标,其疗效值得肯定。

Chronic Gastritis Treated with Banxia Xiexin Tang

Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Tang in treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods ] Select 50 cases chronic gastritis patients to be treated with Banxia Xiexin Tang. After treatment, effective rate, clinical symptom scores and gastrointestinal hormone were observed. Results] After treatment 1 month, compared with before treatment, clinical symptom scores of stomachache, swell, belching and anorexia were decreased, and differences were significant. Gastrointestinal hormone of GAS, MTL increased, SS decreased, and difference was significant. The total effective rate was 96.0%. Conclusion] Banxia Xiexin Tang could improve the clinical symptom and chemical index of chronic gastritis, and its curative effect was worthy affirmation.
