小剂量丙戊酸钠合并利培酮治疗血管性痴呆精神行为症状临床观察

目的]探讨小剂量丙戊酸钠合并利培酮治疗血管性痴呆精神行为症状的疗效。方法]58例血管性痴呆患者随机分为联合用药组30例与单药组28例,双盲对照治疗2周,联合用药组使用丙戊酸钠(0.2～0.6g.d-1)联合利培酮(2～5mg.d-1)口服治疗;单药组单用利培酮(2～5 mg.d-1)口服治疗,在治疗前、治疗第1、第2周末采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)进行评分并分析。结果]第1、第2周末,联合用药组总有效率(分别为73.33%、83.33%)、BRPS评分与单药组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗效优于单药组。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论]小剂量丙戊酸钠合并利培酮疗效显著,能更好、更快地控制血管性痴呆精神行为症状。

Small-dosage Sodium Vaiproate and Risperidone in Combination Treat Mental and Behavior Symptoms of Vascular Dementia

Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of small-dosage Sodium Valproate and Risperidone in combination on mental and behavior symptoms of vascular dementia. Method] Divide randomly 58 cases into combination group 1 （n=30） and uni-medicinal group 2 （n=28）, with double-blind control for 2w ; group 1 takes Sodium Valproate and Risperidone, while group 2, only Risperidone. At the end of first and second week, evaluate the BPRS scores and make analysis. Result] The total effective rates were respectively 73.33% and 83.33%, compare BRPS scores of both groups, the difference was of statistical meaning; the cure effect was better in group 1 than group 2. Conclusion] The combination method had marked cure effect, can better control the mental and behavior symptoms of vascular dementia.
