| 摘 要： | 通过对西医肝和中医脾的生理特点和病理变化的比较,分析得出原发性肝癌的中医辨证"本"是脾虚。尽管肝癌发展过程中,症状多样,但脾虚的存在,则大致不会改变。由"脾虚"可以引起气滞、血瘀、湿阻等病理演变,症状纷繁复杂,但"脾虚"是这个病理的核心和关键所在,由此总结得出"益气健脾"是治疗肝癌的基本大法。

| Abstract: | By comparing the spleen physiological features and pathological changes in TCM and WM （western medicine ）, it concludes that primary liver cancer is rooted in deficient spleen in TCM differentiation. Though in liver cancer development course, it has many symptoms, the spleen deficiency almost always exists. Spleen deficiency can cause physiological changes of Qi block, blood stasis and damp block, therefore it concludes that nourishing Qi to reinforce spleen is the basic method for liver cancer. |
