不同浓度罗哌卡因在星状神经节阻滞治疗面瘫急性期中的疗效研究

目的]探讨不同浓度罗哌卡因对在星状神经节阻滞治疗面瘫的疗效研究。方法]将29例面瘫急性期(发病1周内)患者随机分为A、B两组,A组15例应用0.15%浓度的罗哌卡因,B组14例应用0.25%罗哌卡因,两组星状神经节阻滞治疗的疗程为15d。以面瘫综合评分法评价两组疗效、阻滞后霍纳氏征的持续时间和不良反应的发生率。结果]治疗15d后,两组面瘫综合评分比较差异有统计学意义,B组优于A组(P<0.05);不同浓度罗哌卡因作用时间比较,B组患者阻滞恢复时间长于A组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论]0.25%较0.15%罗哌卡因对阻滞恢复时间长,对急性面瘫治疗更有效。

Cure Effect ofDifferent Concentrations of Ropivacaine on Facial Paralysis by Blocking Stellate Ganglion

Objective] To study the effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine on facial paralysis. Method] Randomly di- vide 29 cases of facial paralysis in acute period into 2 groups, group A take ropivacaine of 0.15% concentration; group B, 0.25%, both for 15d for blocking stellate ganglion. Evaluate both cure effects, Homer continual time and side effects with facial paralysis comprehensive score. Result] There＇s difference of statistical meaning on both facial paralysis comprehensive score; comparing different concentrations of ropivacaine functioning time, group B was longer than A in recovery time, with marked difference. Conclusion] The ropivacaine in concentration of 0.25% has longer recovery time than 0.15% from block, and more effective on acute facial paralysis too.
