| 摘 要： | 目的]旨在阐明并非所有证型的头痛均应使用川芎。方法]通过列举古代、现代医家关于川芎治疗头痛的说法、用法,并以临床案例加以佐证。结果]川芎在治疗肝阳上亢、肝火上炎型头痛时可引动气血上行,导致头痛加重。结论]临床上使用川芎当需辨清证型,慎重使用。

| Abstract: | Objective] It aims to state that all types of headache don＇t use Ligusticum. Method] By listing ancient and modem doctors＇ methods of treating Ligusticum, take clinical cases for evidence. Result] Ligusticum can induce Qi and blood upward causing severe headache in types of hyperactive liver Yang and liver fire flaming. Conclusions] Clinically using Ligusticum needs differentiating syndromes and being careful. |
