加味五味消毒饮治疗下肢网状淋巴管炎52例观察

[目的]观察使用加味五味消毒饮治疗下肢网状淋巴管炎的疗效。[方法]52例诊断为下肢网状淋巴管炎的患者随机分为联合中药治疗组及常规对照组,常规对照组按诊疗规范使用抗生素静脉滴注,联合中药治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用加味五位消毒饮内服,观察患者局部皮温消退时间,治疗第1、第7d血CRP对比情况及疗效情况。[结果]联合中药治疗组在局部皮温消退时间、第7d血CRP恢复情况和痊愈率明显优于常规对照组,但在7d治疗的总有效率两组无差异。[结论]使用加味五味消毒饮对下肢网状淋巴管炎有辅助作用,明显缩短恢复时间,可减少医疗费用。

Revised Wuwei Xiaodu Drink Treat Lower Limb Dicty-lymphangitis 52 Cases

[ Objective]Observe the influence of revised Wuwei Xiaodu Drink on lower hmb dicty-lymphangitis. [Method ] Randomly divide 52 cases into treatment group combining with TCM and routine control one; the control one takes antibiotic for vein drip, other group added with revised Wuwei Xiaodu Drink; observe their local skin temperature disappearance time, 7th day CtLP recovery comparison and cure effect. [Result] The treatment group was much better than control one on local skin temperature disappearance time, 7th day CtLP recovery and cure rate, but the 7th day total effective rates had no difference between both. [Conclusion] Administering revised Wuwei Xiaodu Drink is helpful to lowering hmb dictylymphangitis, markedly shortening recovery time and reducing medical fee.
