复方中药组方抗痛风的实验研究

[目的]研究中药组方以及它对实验性痛风的治疗作用。[方法]采用均匀设计方法,将10味药材按不同配比组方,通过对酵母所致小鼠高尿酸血症模型中血尿酸抑制率的影响,优化配方。将优化的配方按高(12g.kg-1)、中(6g.kg-1)和低(3g.kg-1)剂量灌胃给药,通过尿酸钠所致小鼠痛风模型观察,结合鼠耳抗炎性实验、热水缩尾镇痛性实验,探讨配方对痛风的作用。[结果]不同配方给药组血尿酸值较模型组均有不同程度降低,优化后配方:土茯苓10.8g,金钱草8.2g,车前草10.0g,威灵仙10.6g,苍术11.0g,黄柏8.4g,薏苡仁6.5g,当归7.0g,延胡索11.0g,牛膝10.2g。该组方中高剂量组对小鼠关节肿胀度、血中尿酸值较模型组均有显著的降低(P<0.05);高剂量组抗炎效果和镇痛效果显著(P<0.05)。[结论]本配方具有显著抑制痛风的作用。

Experimental Study on Compound Recipe of Traditional Chinese Medicines for Gout

[Objective] To research the compound recipe of Traditional Chinese Medicines and its therapeutic effect on experimental gout.[Method] Uniform design was used to arrange 10 kinds of herbs in different proportioning,the recipe was optimized by the inhibiting ratio of blood uric acid in the mice model of high uric acid induced by yeast.Optimized recipe was administered in 3 dose of 12g·kg-1,6g·kg-1 and 3g·kg-1 ig,its effect on gout was further discussed by mice gout model of sodium urate,anti-inflammation of mice ear,analgesic test of mice tail.[Result] Blood uric acid was lower in administered groups at different degree,the optimized recipe was Smilax officinalis 10.8g,Desmodium 8.2g,Plantain 10.0g,Radix clematidis 10.6g,Rhizoma atractylodis 11.0g,Golden cypress 8.4g,Coix seed 6.5g,Angelica 7.0g,Rhizoma corydalis 11.0g,Radix achyranthis bidentatae 10.2g.High dosage（12g·kg-1） and middle dosage（6g·kg-1） significantly decreased mice arthrosis swelling and blood uric acid,high dosage also had significant anti-inflammation and analgesic effect.[Conclusion] The optimized recipe has the effect of inhibiting gout.
