| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中西医结合护理方法。方法]采用中西医结合的方法,对60位老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者进行治疗护理。利用VAS测痛法,观察并记录治疗护理前、皮损消退后30、90天末的疼痛评分,计算出疼痛下降指数,该指数大于80%为有效。结果]皮损消退后30天的有效率为71.7%,90天的有效率为93.3%。结论]中西医结合治疗护理对于老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的应用效果较好,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the TCM treatment and nursing of postherpetic neuralgia in old people. Methods] 60 old people of postherpetic neuralgia were treated and nursed by TCM method, including psychological nursing, skin care, pain nursing, eating nursing and health education. Pain scores were observed and recorded before nursing and 30, 90 days after nursing. And the pain decline index was calculated which pointed out effectiveness when it was greater than 80%. Results] The effective rate was 71.7% at 60 days after nursing, and 93.3% at 90 days after nursing. Conclusions] The TCM treatment and nursing were good for postherpetic neuralgia in old people. |
