两种不同手术方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

目的]研究两种内固定装置对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法]将2010年1月至2011年6月收治的61例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,根据手术方法不同分为两组,分别采用PFNA、DHS两种方法固定,采用PFNA固定为治疗组,DHS固定为对照组,比较两组治疗效果、术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度、术后负重时间。结果]治疗组优良率86.7%,对照组优良率77.4%,治疗组手术时间,术中出血量及手术切口长度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]PFNA固定操作简便,出血较少,固定牢固,是股骨粗隆间骨折,尤其是不稳定粗隆间骨折理想的内固定物。

Analysis to Two Different Operations Treating Senile Interchochanteric Fracture

Objective] To study the effects of 2 kinds of internal fixing devices on senile interchochanteric fracture. Method] Under different operatiom, divide 61 cases into 2 groups, respectively treated with PFNA and DHS methods; one was treatment group, the latter was control one; compare both effects, in-operation bleeding, time, cut length and post-operation freeweight time. Result] The excellence rate was 86.7% for treatment group, and 77.4% for other group; the operation period, in-operation bleeding and cut length were much better in treatment group than other one. Conclusion] PFNA is convenient for fixation, with little bleeding and stable fixation, being the ideal internal fixation for interchochanteric fracture, esp. unstable one.
