| 摘 要： | 客观分析了高校研究生党员的现状及研究生党员教育管理工作存在的问题,就如何提高研究生党员的理论素养、科研素质及如何建立科学的监督、考核和奖惩制度,切实提高研究生党员教育与管理的实效性,促进研究生党员先锋模范作用的发挥,作出了新的探索。

| Abstract: | The status of graduate student party members and problems existing in the education management of them were analyzed ob- jectively in this article, and then the writer made the new exploration as follows： 1. how to improve graduate student members of the theoretical knowledge, research quality; 2. howto establish a scientific monitoring, evaluation and reward system; 3. how to improve the management of post-graduate education of party members and effectiveness effectively; 4. how to promote students to play an exemplary vanguard role of party members. |
