| Abstract: | In this article, authors have thoroughly analyzed influencing factors of donors of hematopoiesis stem cell and put forward to theory that all kinds of logical factors should be divided into positive factors and negative factors at first,and then has analyzed active motivation of donating hematopoiesis stem cell,which can offer evidences to recruit donors of hematopoiesis stem cell. |
