| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate about ICU Nursing ward-round mode,and its role in improve nurses' professional diathesis,underline their responsibicities so as to improve patients' satisfactory ratio.Method: Conclude and analyze the effect and reaction of variors nursing ward-round.Result:Holistic nursing mode improve patients' satisfactory ratio.Conclusion: Our multioriental and multiple-level nursing mode can make us serve patients more effectvely,improve nursing quality. |
