厦门市O157:H7肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌调查分析

摘    要:目的 了解厦门市家畜,水产品,外环境中O157:H7大肠菌的带菌情况,为防治提供依据。方法 2002年5~10月采集本市家畜粪便标本。外环境污水及水产品等标本。用E.coli O157试条对样品进行初筛,初筛阳性的样品再进行分离培养鉴定。用VITEK(GNS—120卡)对所分离菌进行NCCLS推荐的14种药敏实验。结果 在厦门市107头猪和44只羊中各分离出一株O157:H7,在324份水产品中分离出3株O157:H7,所分离的5株O157:H7对所测14种药物敏感度高。结论 本次所分离5株O157:H714种药敏实验全部敏感。可指导临床用药。本市家畜和水产品中存在O157:H7大肠杆菌,要加强监测。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pollution of O157:H7 in fowl, water product and environment of Xiamen and provide an evidence for prevention. Methods Sampling dungs of fowl, water product and garbage of environment in Xiamen from May to October,2002, then detected by E coli O157 strip , The positive samples were confirmed by isolation, incubation and appraisal. 14 types of Anti-microbial susceptibility tests recommended by NCCLS were conducted by applying VITEK (GNS-120 Card). Result One O157:H7 strain was isolated from 107 pigs and 44 sheep respectively, and 3 strains from 324 water product samples. High anti-microbial susceptibility in 14 types was found in five strains. Conclusion The part of foul and water products were polluted by E. coli157 in Xiamen. Further monitoring is necessary.
