铁皮石斛化学成分及药理活性研究进展

铁皮石斛为我国传统药用植物,在日常保健和临床治疗中应用悠久,受到国内外学者广泛关注。作者在前人的基础上,通过查阅国内外铁皮石斛近10年的文献报道,对化学成分和药理活性相关文献进行整理、分析和归纳,系统的综述了其化学成分和药理活性的研究进展。近年来研究表明,铁皮石斛化学成类别较多,包括多糖、芪类、氨基酸、矿质元素、生物碱、挥发油等,其中以多糖及芪类成分为主;药理活性有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节免疫力、缓解疲劳、治疗糖尿病等,以抗氧化和抗肿瘤研究为主。本文对国内外铁皮石斛化学成分及药理活性相关研究进行综述,以期为该物种的深入研究开发和新药配伍提供理论参考。

Research Advances in Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis

Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis is a traditional medicinal plant used for thousands of years in the daily health care and clinical treatment. It has attached more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars. Based on the previous studies, the author collected, analyzed and summarized the literature on Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis at home and abroad in recent 10 years, and systemically reviewed the research advances in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. The research results showed that the chemical compositions of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis were complicated, including polysaccharides, stilbenes, amino acids, mineral elements, alkaloids, volatile oil and so on, mainly of polysaccharides and stilbenes. According to modern pharmacological researches, this herb medicine has many activities, such as antioxidant, anti-tumor, immune regulation, relieving fatigue and treating diabetes, mainly of antioxidant and anti-tumor effects. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis were summarized based on the studies at home and abroad, hoping to provide a theoretical reference for further research, reasonable exploitation and utilization of the species.
