Survivin在肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的研究肝细胞癌（HCC）中Survivin的表达及其与临床指标的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测HCC组织及相应癌旁组织Survivin蛋白的表达,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡指数（AI）。结果 75%的肝癌组织表达Survivin蛋白,而癌旁及正常肝癌组织内均阴性表达。阳性表达率与肝内转移（42.9%和92.3%）、门静脉癌栓形成（47.1%和95.7%）及肿瘤大小（89.3%和47.1%）有关;30例Survivin表达阳性癌组织的AI为（1.558±0.628）%,显著低于Survivin表达阴性癌组织（4.738±0.954）%,（P〈0.05）。结论 Survivin可能通过对凋亡的抑制而参与肝癌发生、发展。

Clinical significance of survivin expression in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the role of survivin protein expression in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.Methods Fourty histologically verified HCC specimens and their neighboring noncancerous tissues were obtained.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect protein expressions of survivin and apoptosis index was determined by TUNEL.Results Survivin protein expression was detected in 30 of 40 （75%）cases.By conparison,no expression of survivin in corresponding tissues was detected.The positive rate of survivin expression correlated with intrahepatic metastasis,portal vein cancer emboli and cancer diameter.Conclusion The optional expression of Survivin have a close correlation to the tumor macastasis and vascular infiltration.Survivin expression may play an important part in HCC,which offer a wide prospective for clinical application in the primitive prognosis of hepatic-carcinoma.
