| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）对大咯血急诊行支气管动脉栓塞患者的影响。方法将86例大咯血急诊行支气管动脉栓塞治愈的患者随机分为临床护理路径组和非路径组,对患者实施从入院到出院有预见性的全程管理。将所得全部资料输入SPSS13.0软件包进行,t检验χ2检验进行评价。结果临床路径组均明显优于非临床路径组（P〈0.01）。结论通过临床护理路径,使护理工作更加规范。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in the treatment of hemoptysis with bronchial artery embolization. Methods 86 patients with hemoptysis were treated by bronchial artery embolization; they were randomly divided into clinical nursing pathway group and non-clinical nursing pathway group, and carried out t test and χ^2 test. Results The results of clinical nursing pathway groups were better than non-clinical nursing pathway group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is standards of nursing services. |
