| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人粘连性肠梗阻的诊治。方法分析223例老年人粘连性肠梗阻患者的诊断和治疗情况。结果腹部X线平片检查后确诊,不完全性肠梗阻98例,完全性肠梗阻125例;手术治疗136例。结论老年人肠梗阻更为复杂,几乎都有腹部手术史,合并症多。往往缺乏典型的临床表现。需腹部X线摄片诊断,治疗方法取决于肠梗阻的性质。难点是发现早期绞窄并及时手术。需进行严密不间断的前后对比观察,一旦肠袢坏死,手术并发症与病死率将明显增高。同时治疗过程中应重视围手术期处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction in elderly patients. Methods Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment in 223 cases of elderly patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Results The abdominal X ray examination diagnosed 98 cases of incomplete intestinal obstruction and 125 cases of complete intestinal obstruction. 136 patients with surgically treated. Conclusion Adhesive intestinal obstruction in elderly patients is more complicated, which need rigorous comparison before and after continuous observation. Early detection of strangulation and timely surgery are very difficult. |
