| 摘 要： | 目的分析全血细胞减少的病因。方法对本院360例初诊时全血细胞减少患者进行骨髓穿刺细胞学检查。结果 360例患者中,主要为造血系统疾病,共267例。非造血系统引起的全血细胞减少共93例。结论引起全血细胞减少的病因主要为造血系统疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the cause of pancytopenia in first visit patients and investigate the rate of all kinds of pancytopenia in order to improve the accuracy of diagnose. Methods The retrospective analysis made of clinical data of 360 patients with pancytopenia admitted into and treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2009. Results The causes of pancytopenia were not only blood systemic diseases but also other systemic diseases, but blood systemic diseases are in role（267 cases）. Other systemic disease have 93 cases in 360 patients with pancytopenia.Conclusions The important causes resulted to pancytopenia were blood systemic diseases. |
