针灸配合康复治疗脑卒中后遗症的疗效观察

目的观察针灸配合康复综合治疗脑卒中后遗症的疗效。方法将60例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）。治疗组在一般的药物治疗方案上加用针灸配合康复治疗,对照组采用传统的一般药物治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.6%,对照组总有效率86.6%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在传统药物治疗的基础上,加用针灸配合康复治疗脑卒中患者,疗效显著,有良好的临床应用价值。

The Treatment Effect of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation on Stroke Sequel

Objective Observe the treatment effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation on stroke sequel.Methods 60 cases of stroke sequel were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by the traditional drug treatment and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy,the control group was treated by the traditional drug treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.6% in the treatment group and 86.6% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Stroke patients treated by traditional drug therapy plus acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy will have a significant effect.
