C反应蛋白与糖尿病患者的D-二聚体水平分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）微血管病变患者C反应蛋白（CRP）与血浆D-二聚体（D-dimer）水平变化。方法 89例2型糖尿病患者根据糖化血红蛋（HbAlc）检测结果分为两组,即HbAlc≤6%的单纯糖尿病组46例和HbAlc〉6%的糖尿病微血管病变组43例,对C反应蛋白、血浆D-二聚体进行检测与分析。结果 HbAlc〉6%组C反应蛋白、D-二聚体与HbAlc≤6%组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论糖化血红蛋白、C反应蛋白和D-二聚体检测对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及微血管病变的预防具有重要意义。

C-reactive protein in patients with diabetes the level of D-dimer

Objective Type 2 diabetes （T2DM） C-reactive protein in patients with microvascular disease （CRP） and plasma D-dimer （D-dimer） levels.Methods 89 cases of type 2 diabetes blood-red eggs under the glycated （HbAlc） test results were divided into two groups （Ie HbAlc ≤ 6% of the simple group of 46 patients with diabetes and HbAlc 6% of diabetic microangiopathy 43）,on C-reactive protein,plasma D-dimer testing and analysis.Results HbAlc6% group C-reactive protein,D-dimer and HbAlc≤6% group difference was significant （P0.01）.Conclusion Glycated hemoglobin,C-reactive protein and D-dimer testing in patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar control and microvascular disease prevention is important.
