步长脑心通胶囊治疗冠状动脉慢血流的临床研究

目的通过对冠状动脉（简称冠脉）造影中出现冠脉慢血流现象（CSFP）的临床病例资料进行分析,观察步长脑心通胶囊治疗冠脉慢血流现象的临床疗效。方法将40例冠脉慢血流患者按完全随机方法分成两组,对照组采用常规硝酸酯类药物加阿司匹林治疗;治疗组在此基础上,加用步长脑心通胶囊治疗。观察治疗前后两组临床症状的改善、冠脉造影时冠脉血流的变化。结果两组患者相比,治疗组病情明显改善,临床症状方面治疗组的有效率为75.0%,对照组的有效率为50.0%（P〈0.05）;冠脉造影显示冠脉慢血流改善的有效率治疗组为50.0%,对照组为33.3%（P〈0.05）,两组相比差异有统计学意义。结论步长脑心通胶囊治疗冠脉慢血流现象有较好疗效。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Coronary Slow Flow Phenomenon with Buchangnaoxintong Capsules

Objective To observe the treatment effect of buchangnaoxintong capsules on coronary slow flow phenomenon （CSFP）, through the analysis of coronary slow flow phenomenon during coronary angiography. Method 40 CSFP patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated with nitrate and aspirin, and the treatment group treated with buchangnaoxintong capsules, nitrate and aspirin. The changes of the clinical symptoms and coronary flow of CAG were observed before and after the treatment. Result The symptoms of the patients in two groups were improved and the treatment group had a better treatment effect. The effective rate was 75.0% in the treatment group and 50. 0% in the control group, there had a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of coronary slow flow phenomenon was 50% in the treatment group,and 33.3% in the control group,there also had a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Buchangnaoxintong Capsules combined with nitrate and aspirin have better treatment effect on CSFP.
