| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对癫痫患者自我管理行为的影响。方法随机将76例癫痫患者分为观察组（40例）与对照组（36例）,观察组在住院期间及出院后均持续进行健康教育干预,对照组在住院期间只实施常规治疗和护理。结果出院2a后,观察组自我管理行为明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论对癫痫患者进行持续有效的健康教育,对提高患者自我管理行为有明显的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate health education on self-management behavior of patients with epilepsy.Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into observation Group（40 cases）and control group（36 cases）,Observation group during hospitalization and after discharge were conducting health education intervention,the control group only implemented for routine hospital treatment and care.Results Discharged two years later,the observation group is better than the control group on self-management behavior（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Epilepsy patients sustained and effective health education in improving patient self-management behavior visible role.Conclusion：Epilepsy patients with health education can improve self-management behavior. |
