| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高慢性化脓性中耳炎乳突根治术后干耳率的对策。方法对360例行乳突手术患者的临床资料进行分析。结果随访6个月后，330例住院手术患者中有27例术后未干耳，干耳率为91.8％。门诊发现30例在外院行中耳手术后未干耳病例。在所有未干耳患者中18倒术腔内肉芽增生或胆脂瘤复发。24例面神经嵴过高，12例外耳道口狡窄，3例术后换药不当。结论术中彻底清除病变，术腔引流通畅，重视术后术腔换药是提高乳突手术后干耳率的重要环节。术后不干耳患者经术腔换药治疗无效，可再次手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objecttive To explore prevention and treatment for non dry ears after radical mastoidectomy.Methode Three hundred and sixty cases undergoing radical mastoidectomy were analyzed.Results Twenty-seven patients among 330 cases of hospitalization were not drying after 6 months follow up.The dry ear rate was 91.8%.Thirty cases of out-patient clinlc from other hospital were not drying.There were 18 cases of granulonatous tissue hyperplasia or cholesteatoma recurrent,24 cases of high facial nerve ridge,12 cases of constriction of external acoustic meatus,3 cases of unsuitable care of the operated cavity.Conclusion Thoroughly cleaning pathological tissue,keeping drain,regarding the care of the operated cavity after operation are important measures to improve dry ear rate after radical mastoidectomy.Patients with non dry ears after mastoidectomy can be treated with secondary surgery. |
