摘    要:目的:研究白僵菌对大黄酸葡萄糖甲基化的转化作用。方法:在白僵菌培养液中加入大黄酸底物,利用生长细胞对其进行生物转化。发酵液离心后用乙酸乙酯萃取,乙酸乙酯萃取部位通过各种色谱方法分离得到一个新化合物。运用氢谱碳谱以及二维核磁共振光谱鉴定结构。结果:转化产物为大黄酸糖基化衍生物,结构鉴定为7-O-(4’-甲氧基-β—D-葡萄糖)。结论:芦荟大黄素(1)是一个新化合物。

Abstract:AIM: To study the rhein methylglucosidation biotransformed by Beauveria bassiana. METHODS: Rhein was biotransformed by Beauveria bassiana through growing culture. The fermentation broth wag centrifuged and extracted with EtOAc, and then EtOAc extract was subjected to a series of chromatographic separation methods to afford a new compound. The structure of the new compound was elucidated by means of 1H and 1,'3C NMR spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR technique. RESULTS: The product Was identified as a glycosylated derivative of rhein, and the structure was elucidated to be 7-O-(4'-methoxy-β-D-glucopyranoside) aloe-emodin (1). CONCLUSION: The compound isolated is a new one.
