Abstract: | The coexistence of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and mitral valve prolapse has been previously described, but it is not a common finding. We describe the transesophageal echocardiographic findings of a patient with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, mitral valve prolapse, and coronary artery disease. |
