| 摘 要： | 目的探讨韦尼克脑病的MRI表现。方法结合文献复习分析3例韦尼克脑病的临床与MRI表现。结果韦尼克脑病典型MR表现为第三、四脑室旁、中脑导水管周围、乳头体,四叠体,丘脑内侧对称性异常信号,T1WI呈稍低信号,T2WI呈高信号,DWI呈高信号。结论韦尼克脑病的MRI表现较具特征性,结合临床病史可以做出早期诊断。
