摘    要:目的:探讨稳心颗粒对肺心病(PHD)患者窦性心率震荡(HRT)的影响。方法:观察对象为84例肺心病患者,并设健康对照组80例,比较两组研究对象的震荡起始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS)。将肺心病患者随机分为对照组及稳心颗粒组,4周后2组患者再行24h动态心电图检查,取得TO及TS值后行统计学比较和分析。结果:肺心病患者TO及TS均明显异常,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),稳心颗粒组与对照组比较TO负值明显增高,TS明显增大(P〈0.05)。结论:肺心病患者的HRT较正常人群减弱,稳心颗粒改善异常的HRT,减少室性心律失常及心源性猝死的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Buchangwenxin Granule on heart rate turbulence(HRT) in pulmonary heart disease.Methods:TO and TS of HRT were recorded and compared between 84 patients with pulmonary heart disease and 80 normal controls.Then the patients of the PHD group were divided randomly into contrast group and wenxin treatment group.4 weeks later,two groups were monitored with 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram and the results were recorded.At last the values of TO and TS were taken for statistical comparison and analysis.Results:Both TO and TS of the PHD group were significantly abnormal compared with normal controls(P0.05).The negtive value of TO of treatment group increased significantly and TS rose obviously compared with the contrast group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with normal population,HRT in patients with pulmonary heart disease are significantly abnormal and Wenxin Granule can somewhat restore abnormal HRT,and reduce ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death.
