氨苯砜和蒿甲醚治疗大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的疗效研究

目的研究氨苯砜和蒿甲醚对实验大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的疗效。方法将wistar大鼠随机分为A、B实验组，以地塞米松皮下注射，诱发建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎动物模型。A组实验鼠5只，用氨苯砜治疗，50mg／只·次，灌服，2次/d，连用10d；B组实验鼠6只，用蒿甲醚治疗，20mg／只·次，肌注，1次/d，连用5d，首剂加倍。A、B组分别有1只为不治疗对照鼠。结果A组实验鼠在治疗后第12d基本恢复健康，对照鼠在第3d死亡；B组实验鼠在治疗后第8d基本恢复健康，对照鼠在第2d死亡。结论氨苯砜和蒿甲醚对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎均有疗效。

The therapeutic effect of dapsone and artemether on Pneumocystis carinii pnemnonia of rats model

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of the dapsone and artemether on experimental Paeumocystis carinii pneumonia （pep） rats. Methods The pep rat models Group A and B were established by injection subcutaneously with dexamethasone natrium phosphate twice a week for 7 weeks. The rats in pep group A were orally given dapsone at dose of 50mg/singly once,twice a day for 10 days respectively. The rats in pep group B were injected intramuscularly with artemether at dose of 20mg/singly once, once a day for 5 days respectively,first double. In addition, there was a untreated rat in group A and.B . Results The rats group A recovered 12 days after treatment, the untreated control rat died on the third day.The rats in group B recovered 8 day after treatment, the untreated control rate died on the second day. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of dopsone and artemether on rat with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia es effective.
