儿童心前区疼痛原因探讨

目的：探讨小儿心前区疼痛的临床特点。方法：对１０５例心前区疼痛患儿采用统一方法，包括详细的病史调查，物理诊断，胸部Ｘ线、常规心电图、Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ心电图、超声心动图检查，心肌酶谱、总血脂及胆固醇测定，并对部分患儿施行了脑电图（ＥＥＧ）检查。结果：心前区疼痛由心脏病所致者少见（占９５％），精神负担过重及过分溺爱的患儿心前区疼痛症状往往比较明显。结论：心源性心前区疼痛，必然有Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ心电图缺血性改变存在。心前区疼痛９０％以上属特发性，病因是良性的，呈自限性，而预后良好。

Study on causes of precardialgia in children

Objective:To study the clinical feature of precardialgia in children.Methods:105 cases were investigated.The design was based on the careful collection of case history,physical examinaton,electrocardiogram(ECG),Holter ECG,ultrasonocardiography,myocardioenzymes,total blood lipoprotein and cholesterol.Electroencephalogram (EEG)was also included in some cases.Results:Only a few(9 5%)cases with precardialgia were caused by heart diseases,and the precardialgia was more significant among the cases who have mental disturbances or history of dotage.Conclusion:The precardialgia which was caused by heart problems shows ischemic signs by Holter and 90% of the precordialgia are idiopathic,self-limited,and favorable in prognosis.
