天麻超微粉与细粉中天麻素的溶出率比较研究

摘    要:目的 比较天麻超微粉与细粉样品中天麻素的溶出率。方法采用HPLC法对天麻二种粉末样品的天麻素进行含量测定。结果 超微粉中的天麻素溶出率约为细粉的2倍,二种样品溶出率差异有显著性。结论 经超微粉碎技术处理后的天麻超微粉样品,其天麻素的溶出速度比细粉的样品快,且溶出率增加。

Abstract:Objective The dissolution rates about Rhizoma Gastrodiae at ultramicro- pulverization and common - pulverization were studied. Methods The content of gastrodine was detected by HPLC to determine the different dissolution rate. Results The dissolution rates about gastrodine at ultramicro - pulverization is about twice as high as common - pulverization, the differents are conspicuous. Conclusion At ultramicro - pulverization the dissolution rate of gastrodin from Rhizoma Gastrodia is not only faster but also higter than at common - pulverization.
