高血压患者的心理控制源与焦虑抑郁情绪的关系

目的 了解高血压患者的心理控制源特点及其与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系.方法 采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评定综合医院患者的焦虑和抑郁状态;采用多纬度健康心理控制源量表(MHLC)评定高血压患者的心理控制源.结果 77.5%的患者以他控性为主,15%的患者以内控性为主;女性及文化程度低者的他控性得分较高,差别有统计学意义(P＜0.01).患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪与机遇性心理控制源得分呈正相关关系(P＜0.01),而与他控性和内控性得分无相关关系(P＞0.05).结论 高血压患者的焦虑抑郁情绪与心理控制源有关,但并非简单的直线关系,应根据患者的不同情况给予相应的支持和帮助.

Relationship between locus of control and the emotion of anxiety and depression in the patients with hypertension

Objective To investigate the characteristic of locus of control in patients with hypertension and the relationship between it and the emotion of anxiety and depression.Methods Patients in the general hospitals were assessed using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD)to evaluate their states of anxiety and depression.We used the Multimentional Health Locus of Control Scales(MHLC)to evaluate the locus of control in the patients with hypertension.Results 77.5% of patients were prone to external control.15% of patients were prone to internal control.None of them was prone to chance control.The scores of external control were higher in female or less educated patients than those in others.The difference was significant(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the emotion of anxiety and depression and the scores of chance control of the patients(P<0.01),but there was no correlativity between the scores of external or internal control and the emotion(P>0.05).Conclusions There is correlativity between the emotions of anxiety and depression and the locus of control in patients with hypertension.The relation is not simple linear.According to different conditions,we should offer commensurate support and assistance to different patients.
