| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理护理对老年抑郁情绪的影响。方法 应用心理测试量表BDI、SDS、HRSD ,对≥ 6 0岁住院的老年患者在入院时进行问卷调查和统计分析 ,对有抑郁症状的 6 0例患者随机分为两组 ,一组用心理护理干预 ,另一组未进行心理护理干预 ,在 3周后或出院前再进行评分。结果 进行心理护理干预组与未进行心理护理干预组比较 ,其抑郁症显著改善。结论 护理人员对有抑郁情绪的老年患者采取积极有效的心理护理措施 ,能提高老年患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on aged people who were in depression.Methods Sixty patients who were diagnosed depression by questionnaire when hospitalized were divided into two groups.One group was treated with both routine therapy and psychological nursing.The other was treated with routine therapy only.Both groups were re evaluated after 3 weeks' treatment or before discharged.Results The patients of the psychological treating group were much better than the routine therapy group.Conclusion Active psychological nursing in aged patients with depression can rise the quality of lives. |
