刍议直肠癌的鉴别诊断与治疗

目的浅析直肠癌的早期鉴别诊断与治疗的意义。方法通过总结临床治疗中医生对直肠癌的诱发因素、早期症状与临床表现的记录,探索直肠癌的鉴别诊断和治疗方法。结果直肠癌的诊断可通过大便常规＋潜血、肿瘤标志物检查、气钡灌肠对比造影、胸透或胸片、CT检查、肛门控便功能检测等检测,应与痔疮、直肠息肉、肛裂等相鉴别,早期鉴别诊断,及时治疗,主要采取手术治疗,配合化疗和放疗辅助治疗,中医药治疗也是值得考虑的方法。结论直肠癌是是一种常见疾病,随着发病率的日益增高,越来越值得关注,由于其症状不明显,必须早期鉴别诊断,及时采取治疗措施,给患者创造生存率,提高患者的生活质量。

objective Analyses of colorectal cancer early differential diagnosis and treatment of meaning.Methods Through summarizing the clinical therapy of colorectal cancer doctor induced factor,early symptoms and clinical manifestations of records,to explore the differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer and treatment.The Results The diagnosis of colorectal cancer by defecate occult blood routine +,tumor markers inspection,gas barium enema contrast imaging,chest x-rays,or the sternum,CT examination,anal control and function testing and other testing,should with piles,rectum polyp,anal fissure and phase identification,early differential diagnosis and timely treatment,mainly take the surgical treatment,combined with chemotherapy and radiation therapy adjuvant therapy,Chinese medicine treatment is also worth considering method.Conclusion Colorectal cancer is a common disease,along with the increasingly higher incidence,more and more worthy of attention,because of its symptoms are not obvious,must early differential diagnosis,take timely treatment,to create patients survival rate,improve the quality of life of the patients.
