乌苯美司联合DF方案治疗晚期食管癌的效果观察

目的:观察乌苯美司联合DF方案治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将54例晚期食管癌患者随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(24例),对照组采用DF方案化疗,观察组在DF方案基础上加用乌苯美司片。评价两组患者化疗效果及生活质量,观察不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为45.8%,对照组为40.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组进展率为16.7%,对照组为43.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评价优于对照组(P<0.05),血液系统不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌苯美司联合DF方案能改善晚期食管癌化疗效果及生活质量,并对化疗有一定的减毒作用。

Clinical efficacy of ubenimex and DF combined chemotherapy regiment in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of ubenimex and DF combined chemotherapy regiment in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods： Fifty four patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into control group（ 30 cases） and observation group（ 24 cases）. The control group was treated with DF chemotherapeutic protocol. The observation group was treated with ubenimex combined with DF chemotherapeutic protocol. The clinical efficacy and the changes on quality of life（ QOL） were evaluated,and the adverse reactions were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 45. 8% in the observation group,and40. 0% in the control group,The difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The rate of progression was 16. 7% in the observation group,and 43. 3% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The changes on quality of life（ QOL） in observation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The hematological toxicity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ubenimex and DF chemotherapy combination regiment could improve the efficacy of chemotherapy and the QOL for advanced esophageal cancer,and has definite effect of relieving toxicity on chemotherapy.
