摘    要:目的探讨护理干预对小儿轮状病毒性腹泻疗效的影响。方法把160例轮状病毒性腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予饮食护理、纠正脱水、维持水电解质平衡等综合治疗及常规护理措施,观察组治疗方法同对照组,同时给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组患儿临床疗效及症状改善时间。结果观察组在退热、腹泻停止、呕吐改善时间均短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论轮状病毒性腹泻患儿给予综合的护理干预措施,可以明显改善患儿临床症状、提高临床疗效,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on infantile rotavirus viral diar- rhea. Methods 160 cases of children with rotavirus viral diarrhea were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group. The control group was given diet nursing, correct dehydration, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance and other comprehensive treatment and conventional nursing measures. Treatment of comprehensive nursing intervention measures was given to the observation group, in addition to the other same treatments with the control group. Clinical curative effect and duration of symptoms im- provement were compared. Results The improvement time of abatement of fever, diarrhea stop and vomit of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group while the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The differences have statistical meaning (P 〈 0. 05) by statistical treatment. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures on children with rotavirus viral diarrhea can improve significantly the clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect as well as to improve the patien' s satifaction to nursing care.
