Survivin和Bax蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:检测Survivin和Bax蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测58例食管癌患者鳞癌组织中Survivin和Bax蛋白的表达。结果:Survivin和Bax蛋白在58例患者鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为77.6%和43.1%,Survivin蛋白的表达与分化程度密切相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及OS无明显相关(P>0.05)。Bax蛋白的表达与性别、年龄、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度及OS均无明显相关(P>0.05)。Survivin和Bax蛋白的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Survivin蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达状态,与分化密切相关,可能在食管鳞癌的进展过程中起重要作用。

The expression and clinical significance of Survivin and Bax protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective： To investigate the expression of Survivin and Bax protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ ESCC） tissue and their relations with the clinicopathalogical features and the prognosis. Methods： The expression of Survivin and Bax in 58 cases of ESCC were detected by immnohistochemical staining. Results： The positive rates of Survivin and Bax in ESCC tissue were77. 6% and 43. 1%,respectively. The positive expression rate of Survivin was correlated with the differentiation（ P〈0. 05）,but not correlated with gender,age,the depth of invasion,lymphatic metastasis,clinical stage,and overall survival time（ OS）（ P〉0. 05）. The positive expression rate of Bax was not correlated with gender,age,the depth of invasion,lymphatic metastasis,clinical stage,differentiation and OS（ P〉0. 05）. The expression of Survivin was not correlated with Bax（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： High expression of Survivin protein in ESCC was correlated with the differentiation of cancer cells,It may play an important role in the progression of ESCC.
