摘    要:目的:分析老年高血压患者甲状腺激素的水平变化。方法:2010年1月至2013年12月选取沈阳市老年高血压住院患者800例作为病例组,同期体检健康老年人800例作为对照组,检测甲状腺激素含量。结果:病例组与对照组比较,血清促甲状腺激素(t=55.35,P<0.01)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(tFT3=-13.80,P<0.01)、游离甲状腺素(tFT4=-1.99,P=0.048)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(tT3=-5.33,P<0.01)和甲状腺素含量(tT4=-5.30,P<0.01),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:老年高血压患者甲状腺激素含量较正常老年患者改变明显,这为高血压老年患者临床诊疗措施的制定和药物的研发提供了理论依据。

Clinical analysis of thyroid function in elderly patients with hy-pertension

Abstract:Objective: To study the status of thyroid function in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods: Eight hundred elderly patients with hypertension were randomly selected as the case group from 4 hospitals in Shenyang from January 2010 to December 2013,and 800 health elderly from the same hospitals as the control group. The levels of thyroid hormones were detected.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone( t =55. 35,P〈0. 01),free triiodothyronine( tFT3=- 13. 80,P〈0. 01),free thyroxin( tFT4=- 1. 99,P = 0. 048),triiodothyronine( tT3=- 5. 33,P〈0. 01),and thyroxine( tT4=- 5. 30,P〈0. 01) between the case group and the control group. Conclusion: The levels of thyroid hormones in elderly patients with hypertension were different from the healthy people. This is the oretical basis for the treatment of elderly hypertensive.
