硝苯地平、酚妥拉明、硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠高血压疗效分析

目的：探讨硝苯地平、酚妥拉明及硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效。方法：选取2009年2月至2013年3月新乡市妇幼保健院产科收治的98例妊娠高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患者给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组患者给予硝苯地平、酚妥拉明及硫酸镁联合治疗。两组疗程均为7 d。比较两组疗效、并发症和妊娠结局。结果：观察组血压改善程度优于对照组,并发症明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,顺产率（77.5%）明显高于对照组（61.2%）（P〈0.05）。结论：硝苯地平、酚妥拉明及硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠高血压具有较好疗效,且并发症少,值得推广应用。

Analysis of curative effect of nifedipine combined with phentolamine,magnesium sulfate on gestational hypertension

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of nifedipine combined with phentolamine,magnesium sulfate on gestational hypertension. Methods： 98 cases of gestational hypertension in MCH Hospital of Xinxiang from February of 2009 to March of 2013 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and observation group was treated with the combination of nifedipine phentolamine and magnesium sulfate. The course of treatment was seven days. The curative effects,complication,pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups. Results： The blood pressure of patients in observation group was improved more significantly than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,and the incidence of vaginal delivery was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Nifedipine combined with phentolamine,magnesium sulfate have an good effect on gestational hypertension with lower incidence of complications.
