晶狀體玻璃體切割治療角鞏膜穿通傷伴晶狀體后囊破裂的臨床觀察

目的改善穿通性眼外傷伴晶狀體后囊破裂患者的預后.方法對14例眼球穿通傷伴晶狀體后囊破裂的患者縫合角鞏膜后行晶體玻璃體切割.結果對14例患者隨訪6～24個月,平均11.5個月.術后隨訪最終矯正視力範圍0.06～1.0,其中≥0.4者8眼.結論晶狀體玻璃體切割治療角鞏膜穿通傷伴晶狀體后囊破裂患者,具有能夠恢復有用視力,并發症少的理想效果

Clinical observation of lensectomy and viretomy in treatment of corneal and scleral penetrating injury with rupture of posterior lenticular capsule

Objective To improve prognosis of the corneal and scleral penetrating injury with posterior capusule rupture. Methods Fourteen patients (14 eyes) with corneal and scleral penetrating injury and rupture of posterior lenticular capsule underwent vitrectomy and lensectomy after the lacerated cornea and sclera were sutured. Results The cases were followed up for a period ranging from 6 to 24 months. Of the 14 eyes, visual acuit of 8 eyes was recovered to 0.4 or better on the last examination. Conclusion The lensectomy and vitretomy is effective for treating corneal and scleral penetrating injury with rupture of posterior lenticular capsule, improving the valid visual acuity and causing fewer postoperative comhcations.
