新生儿头皮血肿的X线诊断与临床

目的探讨发生于新生儿期的头皮血肿的X线诊断价值和临床特点。方法回顾性分析65例发生于新生儿期的头皮血肿的X线征像。结果随着血肿期龄的增加，血肿在不同时期可出现不同的影像学表现，可分为未见骨化、不全骨化、完全骨化。血肿骨化以广基底与颅骨外板相接、与颅板呈锐角相交及血肿不跨越颅缝等为其主要特点。结论新生儿头皮血肿有其特征性的X线表现，X线检查对血肿的诊断、治疗和预后，有重要的指导作用。

X-ray Clinical Diagnosis of Scalp Hematoma in Neonates

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of X-ray and clinical features for scalp hematoma in neonates. Methods X-ray manifestations of 65 cases with scalp hematoma in neonates were retrospectively analyzed. Results With the increasing of the age of scalp hematoma in neonate, there were different X-ray findings, such as non-ossification, incomplete ossification and integrated ossification. The ossifications were connected with outer plate of cranium with wide-basement or acute angle, and there were no scalp hematoma to span cranial sutures. Conclusion There are characteristic X-ray manifestations and impotant significance to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis with X-ray examination for scalp hematoma in neonates.
