生物反馈放松治疗对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响

摘    要:随机选择实验组23例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人,除常规药物治疗外辅以生物反馈放松训练4周,对照组33例,仅常规药物治疗,测治疗前后血糖及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。发现两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、平均血糖及HbA1c均有所下降,实验组下降幅度明显大于对照组,实验组血糖日波动范围明显减小,对照组血糖波动在治疗前后无明显变化。结果显示生物反馈放松疗法有助于Ⅱ型糖尿病患者糖代谢的改善,并可以作为糖尿病治疗的一种有效的辅助手段。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of relaxation training on glucose metabolism 56 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 33 cases was treated with conventional therapy and a training group of 23 cases received biofeedback assisted relaxation training in addition to conventionaltherapy. The levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobulin were evaluated before and after-treatment. The results showed that all subjects demonstrated significant improvement in fasting blood glucose,post-prandial two-hour blnd glucose, mean bldri glucose and HbA1c levels, but the extent of improvement was significantly greater in training group than in control group. The daily fluctuation of blood glucose reduced significantly in the training group, but not in the control group, The results indicated that glucose metabolism was improved significantly in the diabetic patients with this training. It mighe be taken as an adjuvant measure for reducing bldri g1ucose in type 2 diabetes.
