"耳疳安冲剂"的研制及治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(单纯型)疗效观察

目的:观察自行研制的"耳疳安冲剂"及中西医结合治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(单纯型)的疗效.方法:确诊为慢性化脓性中耳炎(单纯性)的患者105例随机分为三组:中药组(30例)接受耳疳安冲剂口服;西药组(30例)联合口服交沙霉素(Josa-mycin)和增效联磺片(SMZ SD TMP);中西医结合组(45例)联合服用以上中药和西药.结果:中西医结合组、中药组、西药组治愈率分别为77.8%、40.0%、46.7%,中西医结合组与其它两组治愈率比较统计学上均有显著性差异(P＜0.01),中药组和西药组疗效无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:"耳疳安冲剂"治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(单纯型)有一定效果,中西医结合治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(单纯型)标本兼顾,可显著提高疗效,提高治愈率.

An Efficacy Observation on Ergan'an Granule in Treating Simple Type of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in treating simple type of chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) with Ergan,an granule as well as an integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Approaches(ICWM).Methods:One hundred and five simple type of CSOM (chronic simple ctitis media)patients with confirmed diagnosis were randomly divided into 3 groups:TCM group ( n =30) received Ergan'an granule,orally,WM group ( n =30) was given Josamycin and co-trimoxazole (SMZ SD TMP),orally;ICWM group ( n =45),simultaneously administered the above-mentioned TCM and WM.Results:The cure rate of ICWM,TCM and WM group were 77.8%,40.0% and 46.7% respectively.In comparison of ICWM group with the other 2 groups,the difference between them were very significant statistically ( P <0.01). but the difference between TCM and WM group was not significant statistically.Conclusion:ICWM in treating simple type of CSOM,both incidentally and fundamentally,could obviously alleviate and eliminate the inflammation of middle ear cavity.It could evidently elevate efficacy and cure rate.
