原代肺癌细胞培养与耐药性研究进展

肿瘤细胞的多药耐药是导致肿瘤患者化疗失败的主要原因,针对不同个体制定个体化化疗方案是临床化疗中亟待解决的问题。检测肿瘤细胞耐药基因的表达和药物敏感性将为临床化疗提供有效的帮助。现综述肺癌细胞的体外培养、耐药基因及药物敏感性检测方面的研究进展。

The Progress of Primary Cell Culture of Lung Cancer and Drug Resistance

The multidrug resistance of tumor cells is the major cause that leads to the failure of chemotherapy. Therefore, making the individual regime for clinical chemotherapy is the urgent problem to resolve. Detecting the expression of drug resistance genes and drug sensitivity of tumor cells can do something useful to chemotherapy. This article reviews many progresses in primary cell culture and the detection of drug resistance genes and drug sensitivity.
